TMC USA provides the original purchaser with the following warranty for its injection molding machines:

TMC USA will repair or, at TMC USA's option, replace any mechanical part (including base, platen, clamp cylinder or clamp linkage, tie bars, injection carriage, injection housing, or oil reservoir) that proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use within Twenty-Four (24) months of the original date of the shipment from TMC USA

　TMC USA will repair or, at TMC USA's option, replace any hydraulic, electrical, or electronic part (including motors, pump valves, hydraulic fittings, switches, sensors, control unit components, transformers, control software, etc.) that proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use within twelve (12) months of the  date of machine shipment.

For the first twelve (12) months after shipment, TMC USA will provide all service labor for diagnosis and repair or replacement of defective parts as described under the mechanical parts warranty and the hydraulic, electrical, and electronic parts warranty. In addition, TMC USA will repair or, at TMC USA's option, replace any front-end wear part (including barrels, screws, screw tips, non-return valves, and heater bands) that prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use within twelve (12) months of the date of machine shipment.

"Normal Use" shall mean use consistent with standard industry practice, within rated capacities, at correct voltage, with normal preventative maintenance, and in accordance with the applicable TMC USA maintenance and operating manual. Machine modifications that are not approved in writing by TMC USA void the terms of this warranty. This warranty does not apply to parts subject to wear or consumption, such as filter elements, fuses, lubricants, breakers, contactors, and relays. This warranty is void with respect to barrels, screws, screw tips and non-return valves of injection molding machines if these items are used with other than unfilled plastics, general purpose or engineering, unless otherwise specified in writing by seller.

This warranty does not apply to parts or components not manufactured by TMC USA or to parts not normally included in TMC USA standard products and options. For parts or components not manufactured by TMC USA or non-standard parts or components specified by the original purchaser, the original purchaser shall have only the warranty provided by the manufacturer of such part or component. The warranty of control software is limited to defects that make it unsuitable for the original intention of the software and does not extend to revisions or enhancements.

The warranty for parts is subject to verification of an actual defect by return of the part to TMC USA or by inspection by authorized TMC USA service personnel. Diagnosis beyond the original startup of the machine that does not result in the identification of specific warranty claims may result in service call charges at TMC’s discretion. Parts re- placed under the terms of this warranty are covered for the remainder of the applicable warranty terms but no less than 90 days.

EXCEPT AS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY, IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE IS NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, NOR ANY AFFIRMATION OF FACT OR PROMISE BY TMC USA WITH REFERENCE TO THE INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE.
